Your tasks Purchasing of beverages and non-food items for all departments of the house according to independent disposition, taking business progress into account Purchasing of food in coordination with the chef Conducting research for suppliers and tenders Participation in negotiations of prices and conditions with suppliers Acceptance and inspection of goods with regard to quantity, quality and, for food, also according to HACCP criteria Responsibility for order and cleanliness in the warehouses Administration and maintenance of inventory management and responsibility for the monthly inventories Your profile ideally experience in a similar position in the hotel industry product knowledge in the F&B area is an absolute requirement very good German and English skills in spoken and written confident handling of all MS Office programs pronounced commercial understanding convincing and friendly appearance teamwork skills
