To strengthen our team in the Bread & Patisserie area, we are looking for a motivated and committed baker, 70%, as of 07.09.2026, limited until 16.10.2026, at the Biel location. Your responsibility • You are responsible for the production of breads, pizzas, and sandwiches • You conduct sales conversations and advise our demanding customers competently and friendly • You regularly check the sales stands for completeness and cleanliness • You successfully implement the product and local concepts • You create an attractive market atmosphere according to the concept (season etc.) • You organize the sales areas in a sensible and appealing way • You set seasonal focuses and present the products accordingly • You consistently adhere to the specified hygiene regulations Your profile • It is an advantage if you have completed basic training as a baker EFZ • You already have professional experience as a baker or in gastronomy • You are a reliable, customer-oriented and committed person who works with much joy and enthusiasm • You have the ability to adapt to a high customer frequency and remain calm and composed in hectic situations • You convince with a team-oriented personality and a well-groomed appearance • You attach great importance to a careful and clean working style • You speak German fluently and advantageously possess knowledge of another national language Our offer • Staff discounts of 10 to 25% on all product groups, including Manora Restaurants and Food Märkte • Training and further education programs for all levels and functions • 5 to 7 weeks of vacation • 3 weeks of paid paternity leave & up to 4 months of additional unpaid maternity leave possible • Sabbatical of 1-6 months possible after completion of the 3rd year of employment • Company pension fund with a very solid coverage ratio and above-average interest on savings At Manor, we value and live diversity.
