FP&A Controller with Business Partner Function (m/f/d) As an FP&A Controller, you will actively shape the financial management of the Fresh Food & Beverage Group. You will be responsible for controlling closure, reporting, and budgeting, develop systems and processes further, and support the business as a strong sparring partner in making informed decisions. What you will be doing Responsibility for the monthly CO closure (including allocations, billing of orders, COPA cycles, etc.). Creation and further development of a target group-specific, driver-based reporting for management (MER, DBR, COGS, Overhead, FTE), including interface to the BI team. Business Partner for specific areas in Overhead, support in financial and strategic issues, creation and discussion of reporting, accompaniment of budgeting. SAP Key User and Process Owner Controlling: Responsible for the maintenance and further development of controlling systems and processes. Optimization and simplification of cost accounting and value flows. Active role in planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes in SAP / BPC. Ongoing optimization and further development of various financial processes, such as setting up a forecast concept. Creation of ad-hoc analyses and decision-making bases for management and operational decision-making bodies. What you bring Education: Completed degree (uni/ETH, FH, HF) Field of study: with a focus on accounting, controlling or expert accounting & controlling Professional experience: at least 3 years of controlling experience (experience in a food-producing company is an advantage) Very sound, practical SAP FI/CO knowledge (ideally in S/4HANA). In-depth knowledge in the field of cost accounting and closing work. Excellent analytical and conceptual skills. Strong sense of responsibility, independent work style, and pronounced goal and solution orientation.
