Your tasks as Breakfast Manager: Responsibility for the operational and administrative management of the breakfast area as well as ensuring a smooth and efficient service process from the preparation to the conclusion of the breakfast service. Leadership, coaching, motivation, and further development of the breakfast team to ensure excellent service quality, high performance standards, and a positive team culture. Ensuring compliance with the highest quality standards regarding food, presentation, cleanliness, and hygiene in accordance with company guidelines and legal requirements. Guaranteeing a first-class guest experience through professional management of reservations, seating coordination, and individual guest wishes, as well as through the proactive and solution-oriented handling of complaints. What you bring with you: Completed training or studies in the hotel or gastronomy sector. Several years of professional experience in the operational Food & Beverage sector, ideally in upscale hospitality. Proven leadership experience as well as a motivating, clear, and appreciative leadership style. Strong communication skills and a confident appearance when dealing with internal and external contacts. A structured and independent way of working, strong organizational talent, and a high sense of responsibility. Strong service orientation, a hands-on mentality, and a high awareness of quality. Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken; knowledge of further foreign languages is an advantage.
