You will join an experienced team, in a dynamic environment, with high-performance tools and strong autonomy in the development of your activity. Recruitment Consultant M/F Tasks \\\& responsibilities: Collect recruitment needs from managers Write and publish advertisements on the appropriate platforms Actively source candidates (jobboards, social networks, referral) Manage incoming applications Conduct telephone pre-qualifications Conduct recruitment interviews Evaluate the skills and potential of candidates Organize tests, situational exercises or evaluations Prepare candidate files for managers Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal teams Ensure candidate follow-up throughout the process Inform candidates of decisions (selected / not selected) Update recruitment tools and databases (ATS) Monitor recruitment KPIs (lead times, volumes, acquisition channel...) Ensure regular reporting to management Propose actions to improve the recruitment process Participate in recruitment events (forums, trade fairs, schools) Additional activities Participate in department meetings Contribute to the organization of events related to the department Collaborate with Marketing for team communications Stay informed of new local legislation regarding recruitment Perform any other task deemed useful by management Native French speaker, proficiency in any other second language constitutes an advantage Pedagogy and diplomacy Profile: Training in human resources, recruitment or in the construction trades (CFC or other) First confirmed experience in a placement agency desired (optional) Ideally, knowledge of the Valaisan economic fabric in the field of construction, in structural engineering and/or in finishing work.
