Then now is your chance! ### Tasks • Technical and personnel management of the kitchen team • Ensuring efficient service and optimal teamwork • Development and planning of the food and beverage offer in close coordination with management and responsible departments • Compliance with and control of operational hygiene and quality standards • Calculation of recipes, daily dishes, and menus to ensure profitability • Organization of purchasing and sales as well as compliance with merchandise costs • Creation of daily specials, planning, and implementation of events and banquets • Supervision, support, and management of employees Requirements • Completed training in gastronomy or hospitality • Long-standing experience in the kitchen as well as solid management experience • Pronounced social skills, assertiveness, and empathy in dealing with different personalities • Creative and independent personality with a passion for the cooking profession and joy in guest contact • Enthusiasm and flair for Asian cuisine • German language skills at B2 level in word and writing, further language skills are an advantage What we offer Your contact person Nina Berlinecke, Human Resources
