Our employees are our key success factor. That is why we do not consider HR solely as administration, but as an important partner for our managers. We have site managers in 12 different sites in Switzerland. As part of the development of our HR organization, we are looking for an HR Specialist 50-60% for our operations center in Winterthur. Your role With your two colleagues, you will take holistic responsibility for the sites assigned to you. This means: you accompany employees and managers from the first recruitment request to departure and you are the central contact person for all HR questions at your sites. You bring your HR experience so far and progressively assume more responsibilities. You work in close collaboration with our site managers and are supported in operational recruitment by our HR & recruitment assistants. Your tasks Recruitment • Advising managers on personnel needs and job profiles • Accompanying and coordinating the recruitment process for your sites • Evaluating and prioritizing received applications • Collaborating with managers for the selection of appropriate candidates • Professional support and communication with candidates • Creating and maintaining a candidate pool • Ensuring an efficient and fast recruitment process • Collaborating with our HR & recruitment assistants for operational management • Accompanying candidates until successful hiring HR Support • Holistic management of your assigned sites and employees • Support and advice on personnel-related issues • Drafting and managing employment contracts • Accompanying entries and exits • Processing transfers and other HR processes • Accompanying employees throughout their professional life cycle • Participating in HR projects and the development of our HR processes HR Organization • Maintenance and development of our HR processes • Working with our recruitment tool Recruitee and other HR systems • Ensuring high data quality • Collaborating with payroll and other HR functions • Replacement within the HR team You match our profile if you • have a degree or continuing education in the field of HR • have acquired initial professional experience in HR • enjoy a versatile HR function with direct contact with managers and employees • want to not only manage recruitment administratively, but also participate actively in it • have a good sense of people and situations • work autonomously, structured, and solution-oriented • like taking on responsibilities while being ready to learn new things • maintain an overview even with several parallel topics • feel comfortable in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment • have excellent knowledge of German and understand English well What awaits you with us At cross-ING, you are not simply responsible for isolated HR processes.
