Senior Consultant (M/F) – Change Management

As a confirmed/senior consultant in change management, you support the women and men impacted by strategic, organizational, business, digital, and cultural transformations, guaranteeing a successful and sustainable adoption of changes. You support some of the largest transformation programs in French-speaking Switzerland, where human issues are as critical as technological issues. You will be required to intervene across the entire value chain of our support, from the definition and design of the Change Management strategy to its operational implementation and its end-to-end management on complex transformation programs: Change diagnostics: mapping of impacted populations, impact analysis, maturity analysis, sponsor coalition… Definition and management of change management strategy: benefits, issues, resistance… Construction of large-scale adoption mechanisms Training plans Mobilization and communication plans Creation of training and communication deliverables Managerial support Support for evolutions in culture, leadership, collaboration modes, and behaviors in complex transformation contexts Support for sponsors and executive teams Facilitation of co-construction and mobilization workshops Management of engagement indicators, preparation, and measurement of adoption and anchoring of changes By way of illustration, here are some examples of recent missions we have conducted: Change management as part of a Finance transformation involving the deployment of new business organizations and the implementation of an ERP internationally at a transport player Change management as part of the deployment of cloud tools for a large banking group Change management to support the deployment of new business tools for an institutional hospital You will be required to: Manage change management projects autonomously Supervise more junior consultants Be a recognized interlocutor with clients Contribute to the commercial development of the firm By choosing Wavestone, you will join the teams of a leader in change management and develop your skills in the field. You hold a strong interest in the consulting profession and justify 3 to 5 years of successful experience in Change Management topics (a first experience in the world of consulting or in a large group in Switzerland is highly valued). You have notably developed: Intellectual curiosity, a sharp critical and analytical mind allowing you to quickly understand our clients' specificities and produce quality deliverables A very good interpersonal sense, a pronounced sense of service, and a certain proactivity to build a relationship of trust with your clients and guide them toward excellence in their large sustainable transformation projects A human drive to support women and men through corporate transitions A capacity to structure complex issues and formulate pragmatic recommendations Ease in facilitating workshops and group work facilitation A capacity to influence without hierarchical links Excellent writing and synthesis skills A strong sensitivity to the human issues of transformations You wish: To be an actor in an ambitious and responsible corporate project in full growth in France and internationally.
