You identify and anticipate changes within the team and thus ensure the necessary human resources. • Operational excellence: You are co-responsible for guaranteeing a high standard of service and a smooth flow of operations. This also includes participation in daily activities. • Complaint management: You act as an escalation point for difficult or complex customer situations. • Sales management: You monitor and encourage sales activities and support the achievement of objectives through appropriate measures. • Professional expertise: You support and coach our employees with your expertise and are available for questions to ensure the best possible care for our customers. • Market development: You proactively implement sales and market development measures.
