Head of Day Structures & Specialist Development (60 - 70%) as a Member of the Management Board ## Your tasks ### Leadership and Management ### • Head of Day Structures in Wigoltingen TG and Leimbach TG • Direct leadership and support of the two team leaders • Active participation in the management board and co-design of the organization's strategic direction Specialist Accompaniment and Coaching ### • Coaching and specialist support for the Living and Day Structures teams in dealing with clients • Promotion of a professional, resource-oriented, and appreciative approach to work Education and Personnel Development ### • Responsibility for the education department of Social Pedagogy and Work Pedagogy • Planning and organization of internal training and specialist events • Promotion of the professional further development of employees Specialist Department Coordination ### • Overall responsibility for internal specialist departments (e.g., UK, Health) • Coordination and networking of specialist departments • Introduction of specialist impulses and developments into the organization Organizational Development and Innovation ### • Participation in innovation and development projects • Further development of concepts, attitudes, and working methods Culture and Quality Development ### • Communication of our values, attitude, and corporate culture • Further development of the Individual Care Needs (IBB) together with the Head of Living Events ### • Organization and coordination of internal and external events Your Profile ### • Education in the social, therapeutic pedagogical, or educational field at the tertiary level • Further training in leadership, coaching, organizational development, or comparable qualifications • Several years of professional experience in the social sector, ideally with leadership responsibility • Pronounced consulting, coaching, and communication skills • Enjoyment of conceptual work and further development of Stiftung Lebensorte • High social competence, initiative, and networked thinking • Identification with a value-oriented and human-centered attitude What we offer ### • A varied and responsible key position with a large scope for design • Collaboration in a committed management board • The opportunity to actively co-design the specialist and strategic development • Attractive further training opportunities • Modern employment conditions Have we sparked your interest? ### Then we look forward to your complete online application and to getting to know you.
