Reception / Community Manager

Located in the heart of Crans-Montana, the establishment offers a unique experience combining comfort, well-being and sport in an exceptional alpine setting. It mandates the ORP to find a versatile collaborator to strengthen our team, combining a sense of welcome and digital communication skills. Your missions Reception Warmly welcome our clients and ensure their care during their stay Manage arrivals/departures, reservations and specific requests Ensure irreproachable and personalized customer service Collaborate with the housekeeping and spa teams Community Management Manage our social networks (Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin...) Create photo/video content highlighting the establishment and its services Participate in the development of digital campaigns in connection with the marketing team Creation of an events calendar for hotel residents Profile sought Experience in hotel reception and/or in social media management Excellent presentation and sense of welcome Writing skills Languages: French-English, Spanish and Italian a plus Mastery of digital tools (Google Suite, Canva, etc.) Team spirit, autonomy and sense of initiative What we offer A high-end working environment in the heart of the Alps A versatile and stimulating position Training possibilities with Ritzy A family and at the same time elegant working atmosphere Do not hesitate to apply if you think you match the profile sought.
