You ensure the safe, economical, and timely operation as well as the maintenance and implementation of the plants in the medium- and low-voltage network and provide services for third parties. As a delegated plant operator, you are responsible for the safe, economical, and timely operation of the network infrastructure. You represent ewz towards authorities, customers, and other stakeholders and promote a lived safety culture. You are responsible for the organizational cost center and continuously develop processes and workflows. What you bring with you You have several years of leadership and professional experience in network operations or maintenance, as well as a higher technical education (HF, FH, university, or ETH) in electrical engineering or energy technology. You bring sound knowledge in the operation and maintenance of medium- and low-voltage networks, as well as ideally experience as a plant operator. Entrepreneurial thinking as well as experience in controlling budgets, projects, and resources characterize you. Your high leadership, communication, and decision-making competence enable you to work effectively with different stakeholders. The willingness to perform on-call duty rounds off your profile.
