Essential: • Interested in ServiceNow consulting and having studied information systems management • Fluent German and English - You communicate confidently with German-speaking clients as well as international clients • Functional expertise - You understand business requirements and can translate them into the ServiceNow "language" • Business analyst mindset - You think in terms of processes, not just functionalities • Assets (but highly appreciated): • IT understanding - You know IT processes, ITIL fundamentals, or IT service management • Consulting experience - You have already worked on client projects or in a consulting environment • 1 to 3 years of practical experience with ServiceNow (ideally in ITSM, ITOM, CSM, or Workflow modules) or similar automation platforms • Certifications - Certified ServiceNow Developer or Administrator Your personality! • Motivated to go the extra mile - You see challenges as opportunities, not obstacles • No 9 to 5 mentality - You are ready to invest in the success of the project • Eager to learn - You are curious, you develop actively, and you wish to acquire consulting skills • Client-oriented - You understand that your work has a real impact on the company.
