For the next phase of our growth, investment and digitalization strategy, we are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial leadership personality as Production Manager (m/f) (Head of Operations) 100% # Your area of responsibility You assume overall responsibility for our production with the five competence centers Laser & Robotics, Forming, Industrial Systems, MedTech and Surface Finishing as well as receiving and shipping. You do much more than manage daily operations, your tasks are: · Taking responsibility for production in terms of safety, quality, capacity, respect for deadlines, productivity and costs. · Optimizing production, developing transparency of costs and manufacturing costs as a basis for sound investment and production decisions. · Leading and developing your department heads in order to create high-performing and autonomous teams. · Consistently developing our lean management and shop floor management with SQDIP+PI, OEE, KVP/Kaizen and clear steering of KPIs. · Increasing efficiency, the degree of automation and the performance of the installations. · Planning, prioritizing and implementing strategic CAPEX and automation investments. · Ensuring high standards of quality and compliance, particularly within the framework of the ISO 13485 and DIN EN 15085 standards. · Actively participating in the ERP/MES integration and the digitalization roadmap. · Implementing scalable production structures to support the future growth of the company and internationalization. · Actively participating in the extended management team and bringing the production perspective into strategic decisions. Your profile You are an experienced leadership personality from an industrial production environment and combine technical competence, entrepreneurial spirit and a strong ability to implement. Ideally, you possess: · 10 years of management experience at the production, manufacturing, department or plant management level with responsibility for several areas and hierarchical levels. · A technical education in the field of metal/sheet metal with higher education at HF/FH level or an equivalent qualification and experience. · Extensive experience in metal/sheet metal working or comparable industrial production. · Practical experience with lean production, shop floor management, KVP/Kaizen, 5S, OEE and value stream orientation. · Experience with investments in machines, installations and automation as well as CAPEX projects. · A deep understanding of occupational safety, quality and process stability. · Experience or a strong affinity with ERP/MES and the digitalization of production processes. · Excellent knowledge of German and English. · Experience in regulated sectors such as medical technology, railway, semiconductors, defense or aerospace as well as in a growth or transformation oriented environment is an advantage.
