Machine Setter Two-Shift

As a Machine Setter (weekly rotation: early and late shifts) in our production, you are responsible for the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the production facilities. Machine Setter Two-Shift (early and late shift in rotation) Daily tasks include, among others: Setting up and running in the production facilities as well as technical support during production runs. Active participation in the AM team (Autonomous Maintenance): support and implementation of AM activities such as cleaning, inspection, and lubrication tasks (CIL), recognizing and reporting anomalies, participation in AM stage development, as well as close cooperation with operators to strengthen line-related equipment competence. Recording and managing operational and machine data (parameter standards, machine logbook, shift report). Execution of minor repairs and maintenance work on the production machines. Optimizing production processes through improvements to tools and equipment parameters as well as participation in AM and CI improvement projects. Creation of training documents for the training of colleagues on the production lines. Instruction and training of operational employees, including support with AM methods, operating competence, and technical standards. For this demanding task, in addition to flexibility and enjoyment of working in a team, you bring the following qualifications: Completed vocational training in a technical field (Polymechanic in the field of plant engineering, agricultural machinery mechanic, construction machinery mechanic, plant operator EFZ, automotive mechatronics technician) and corresponding further training (BP, HF) Willingness to work shifts (weekly rotation: early and late shift) and Saturday shifts Relevant professional experience in a similar position (production plant with support of production facilities) Experience in the application of various problem-solving methods (FishBone, 5W etc) Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word and Sharepoint) Creation of work instructions, teaching materials, and questionnaires; hygiene and GMP awareness Very good German skills are mandatory and good English skills are a plus You are furthermore characterized by your analytical and process-oriented thinking and your quick comprehension.
