Department Manager Production Secondary Operations (m/f/d)

Technical and disciplinary leadership of the Secondary Operations department with 19 employees, including 3 technical team leaders Responsibility for the production processes (manual assembly, selective soldering, panel cutting, pressing, gluing, PCBA Washing and Conformal Coating) as well as for compliance with quality standards and IPC-A-610 Promotion, coaching and further development of the team leaders and employees Planning, controlling and prioritizing daily production activities taking into account quality, delivery reliability and productivity Ensuring efficient shop floor management as well as conducting production and team meetings Continuous optimization of processes and workflows as well as implementation of lean management and improvement measures Close cooperation with adjacent departments SMT, test field, equipment manufacturing, quality assurance as well as the areas of Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain Responsibility for occupational safety, order and cleanliness as well as support in the industrialization of new products and processes Completed technical basic training in the field of electronics, electrical engineering, automation technology, mechatronics or a comparable specialist field Several years of professional experience in electronics manufacturing as well as sound knowledge of relevant secondary operations processes Very good knowledge of IPC-A-610 as well as experience in a quality-oriented production environment (IPC certification is required) At least three years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment as well as experience in the development and motivation of employees Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, KVP or shop floor management is an advantage Further training in the field of leadership, production management or business administration is an advantage Entrepreneurial, structured and solution-oriented personality with high personal responsibility, strong communication skills and a hands-on mentality Flat hierarchies, direct communication as well as a corporate culture characterized by integrity, courage and sense of responsibility.
