The Stiftung Werk- und Wohnhaus zur Weid supports people with addictions and mental impairments in their personal stabilization. Together, we shape an environment at 70 supervised living and working places that promotes a meaningful life. The versatile agricultural enterprise with an area of 75 ha is managed according to the guidelines of Bio-Suisse. The business branches are arable farming, vegetable and berry production, firewood processing, as well as dairy cattle, laying hens and pig fattening. Farmer 100% Your tasks • Guiding, accompanying and promoting the clients in the diverse activities on the farm • Administrative tasks in the area of client work • Active cooperation in all business branches • Taking over weekend shifts in the stable during holiday absences of the main persons responsible Your profile: You- • bring a training with a federal diploma of expertise as a farmer or in the green industry • possess work-agogic knowledge or enjoy acquiring this • are a positive person and it takes a lot to unsettle you • possess a valid driver's license Kat.
