Maintenance & mechanical reliability engineer Workplace: Sion Your mission: Within the operations management unit, you play a key role in the reliability, availability, and evolution of hydroelectric installations in collaboration with other units. You are the guarantor of high-performance, flexible, and future-oriented operation in a sustainable era. Your responsibilities: Guarantee a global vision of the technical and strategic issues of the facilities and ensure their consistency over time. Participate in design reviews, perform preventive inspections during overhauls, and validate the transfer of projects to operations. Support field teams in fault resolution, in close connection with technical experts. Lead cross-functional analyses, capitalize on feedback, and promote a continuous improvement dynamic. Optimize and flexibilize maintenance work according to the issues of each partner. Participate in the integration of digitalization projects into the operations process. Evolve the CMMS and contribute to the transition towards maintenance 5.0. Analyze installation performance via 4.0 platforms and propose optimization actions. Conduct reliability and maintenance flexibilization studies to strengthen operational performance. Develop standardized maintenance plans and tools that promote the capitalization and sharing of knowledge. Design training modules for the on-call service and participate in the engineer on-call service. Your skills: EPF or HES engineer in mechanics. Comfortable leading several projects in parallel in a dynamic environment. Strong interest in data, statistical analyses, and risk assessment methods. Marked sensitivity to digital innovation and new technologies, with good mastery of programming. Autonomy and proactivity, with a great capacity for analysis and synthesis. Ability to manage technical issues in a matrix organization, by coordinating different actors. Native German or French speaker with very good knowledge of the other language. Excellent interpersonal skills: listening, collaboration, ability to convince and to work with diverse teams.
