This is the job - Your main tasks # • Analysis and conception: Support clients from various industries in analyzing their needs and developing suitable solutions. • Requirements determination: Conduct workshops and interviews and use various IT tools to model and manage customer requirements. • Process optimization: Examine structures, business and communication processes and identify potential for optimization. • Solution development: Create evaluations, assess solution variants and work on the development of effective, high-quality solutions. • Interface management: Advise as a link between specialist departments and IT departments, apply various collection techniques and accompany project employees. ## ## This job is for you if # • You have a university degree (FH/University/ETH/EPFL) in engineering, information technology or comparable. • You have proven experience as a Business Analyst - ideally in the mobility environment. • You enjoy working with different people and like developing solutions in a team. • You are communicative and want to take on a mediating interface function. • You are enthusiastic about methods and techniques for the collection, documentation and modeling of requirements. • You bring experience in one of the areas of natural sciences, economics or engineering sciences and are familiar with agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban. • You can communicate proficiently in German and English.
