Through its companies, it offers leading digital media, web and mobile, as well as regional reference newspapers, including Le Nouvelliste, Arcinfo, La Côte. Solidly anchored in their region, these media brands benefit from undeniable notoriety in their distribution area. The group is also active in printing, distribution, and digital, display, and print advertising management. Our IT team guarantees the technical foundation of the group: about fifty virtualized servers in multi-cloud, 300 workstations, and the network, security, and telephone infrastructure of our sites in Romandy. Beyond operations, we support the business teams in their projects, secure data, and evolve our environments according to new uses - mobility, collaboration, cloud, and AI. In a media sector undergoing significant changes, IT is key to providing reliable and efficient tools to employees. It is in this context that we are looking for, for our Neuchâtel site, our future: IT Specialist M/F (100%) HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO OUR SUCCESS: • By ensuring technical support level 1 and 2 for users across all ESH Media Group sites (workstations, software, peripherals), with regular travel between our Romandy sites; • By taking charge of the complete incident cycle: registration, diagnosis, resolution, and follow-up until closure; • By deploying and maintaining the computer fleet: workstations, mobile fleet, and associated peripherals; • By working daily in a hybrid and multi-cloud environment combining Microsoft core (Active Directory, Entra ID) and modern management tools: Microsoft Intune, software packaging and automated deployment, centralized workstation security management; • By contributing to projects to evolve our infrastructure in a human-sized IT team (4 people), where mutual aid and skill sharing are part of daily life; • By benefiting from a well-maintained knowledge base, which you will keep alive with the team; • By ensuring, in turn, the on-call service to guarantee support continuity outside office hours. THIS POSITION IS FOR YOU IF: • You have a CFC in computer science (Operations and infrastructure) or equivalent; • You have knowledge of Windows, Linux environments, and ticket management tools; • You are able to work in a team while showing autonomy, and you communicate effectively with users; • You are curious by nature and like to explore, understand, and learn new technologies; • You have a category B driver's license.
