On a daily basis, its teams manage the collection of 2.425 billion AVS and unemployment insurance contributions, as well as the payment of more than 876 million francs in AVS, AI, and loss of earnings benefits. In parallel, they ensure the administration of family allowances and the application of collective labor agreements. A demanding technical scope, serving thousands of companies and their insured - where each file has a direct impact on the professional and social life of the people concerned. Head of Allocations for Loss of Earnings (APG) Service H/F # Job Description ### Your mission With a connection to the CIAM Directorate, your mission is to lead the Allocations for Loss of Earnings (APG) service. As such, you ensure the supervision of a team, operational supervision of files and payments, as well as coordination with internal and external partners. Your responsibilities Service management and leadership • You lead and organize the APG service on a daily basis to ensure its performance and quality. • You supervise, motivate, and develop a team of around six collaborators, setting clear objectives and accompanying their evolution. Operational supervision • You supervise the processing of files and ensure the conformity of decisions and the quality of services. • You secure payments by ensuring necessary checks, validations, and signatures, while guaranteeing compliance with the legal framework. Coordination and projects • You represent the service to internal and external partners and develop effective collaborations. • You lead service projects and actively contribute to organizational and digital developments. Monitoring and continuous improvement • You manage complex files, ensure regular reporting to the Directorate, and exploit performance indicators. • You identify and deploy continuous improvement actions to optimize processes, quality, and efficiency. Sought profile ### • You hold a Bachelor's, Master's, or HES degree in law, economics, management, or an equivalent field, with a federal certificate as a social insurance specialist being an asset. • You have at least five years of experience in the field of social insurance, ideally in APG, and master the Swiss legal framework, both at the federal and cantonal levels. • You demonstrate solid team management experience. • You have perfect mastery of French (level C2) and good knowledge of German (level B1-B2). • You show federative leadership, combining rigor, sense of responsibility, and analytical spirit. • You distinguish yourself with strong organizational, decision-making, and relational abilities. • Your service-oriented approach is fully in line with a continuous improvement and project management approach.
