October 2026 or by arrangement Your tasks • Interface between the Head of Therapies at the location and your own team • Ensuring that the annual goals are known to the team and are achieved • Implementation of contemporary working conditions in your own team that enable safe and interdisciplinary work and promote employee satisfaction • Promotion of the interdisciplinary cooperation of your own team and securing the cross-disciplinary dialogue and integration of your own team at the location • Promotion and monitoring of the professional quality in your own team (e.g. coordination of internal and external training, development and implementation of measures, skill/grade mix) and reporting deviations to the Head of Therapies • Works as a therapist according to the job description.
