Civil engineering site manager (m/f) 100 % Your area of responsibility: • Autonomous management of civil engineering sites (earthworks and piping works) • Direction and coordination of team leaders, foremen and site teams • Control of deadlines, costs and quality at all phases of the project • Control of daily reports / hourly rate invoices as well as the entry and invoicing of measurements • Order management and communication with clients, planners and authorities • Procurement and planning of material, machines and subcontractors • Ensuring occupational safety in accordance with legal regulations (BauAV) • Preparation of offers in the field of activity Your profile: • Completed vocational training in the main construction sector at CFC level • Additional training as a site manager or ES technician in site management • Potential to take over the management of the civil engineering division (member of management) • Proven several years of experience in site management in civil engineering • Entrepreneurial spirit, assertiveness and a great ability to work in a team • Proficiency in MS Office as well as common construction software (Sorba, Bluebeam) • Category B driving license • Very good knowledge of German, spoken and written We offer: • Exciting and varied projects in the region • Modern fleet of devices and machines • Own pension fund with attractive benefits • Possibilities for continuing education and development with interesting perspectives Interested?
