The nursing home Im Fahr in Brügg/BE offers a home to 46 elderly or care-dependent people. We place great importance on empathetic accompaniment, where dignity and respect are the central focus. To strengthen our management team, we are looking for a committed, responsible, and motivated personality as Head of Nursing & Care. Head of Nursing & Care / Member of the Executive Board Your main tasks: • Professional, personnel, and organizational management of the nursing and care team in cooperation with the Deputy Head of Nursing and Care and group leaders • Ensuring and further developing the holistic, high quality of care for the best possible individual care of the residents • Responsibility for the economic use of personnel and material resources • Main responsibility for the nursing process and RAI/LTCF in cooperation with the RAI-LTCF expert • Solution-oriented cooperation with the department heads of Hotel Management & Gastronomy as well as with the nursing home doctors and external service providers • Responsible for the deployment planning of the employees in the activation team • Responsible for admission inquiries and nursing home viewings Your profile: • Dipl. Nursing Professional HF / FH • Experience and expertise in gerontology as well as palliative care • Leadership training and experience as well as strong professional, self, and social competence • Experience and expertise in RAI LTCF • Conceptual and organizational skills, networked thinking, and basic business administration knowledge • Flexibility, resilience, empathy, and a high degree of responsibility • Very good German skills (spoken and written) and willingness to take on administrative tasks What we offer: • Dynamic and varied leadership task • Scope for designing ideas and concepts • At least 5 weeks of vacation, from 45 years 28 vacation days and from 55 years 33 vacation days • Performance-related remuneration in accordance with cantonal guidelines and very good social benefits
