Real Estate Lawyer (100%) *Your profile interests us* Benefiting from a lawyer's certificate (brevet d-avocat.e) and at least five years of experience in a legal function, you combine legal expertise, a sense of advice and an understanding of business challenges. You enjoy translating complex legal questions into clear, pragmatic and directly applicable recommendations. An excellent writer, you demonstrate a great capacity for synthesis and effective communication. Your interpersonal skills allow you to create trusting partnerships and develop a solid network. Experience in the public service as well as knowledge of English and German represent an advantage. *We offer you* Your main missions *within the legal and compliance pole* • You provide your legal expertise and advise the Real Estate division, in the fields of construction law, real rights and tenancy law, in particular by accompanying it on the legal aspects of its development projects, in the elaboration of relationships with external service providers, in negotiations, etc. • You participate in the monitoring of real estate litigation when the procedure is entrusted to a representative and occasionally represent the Caisse in real estate litigation procedures • You contribute to the definition of a legal policy regarding real estate and propose necessary adaptations of regulatory and contractual provisions • You participate in legal monitoring and the follow-up of the evolution of the legal framework in your field of activity Your activity will take place in a stimulating smart office working environment, located in the heart of Genève, within a dynamic institution, which offers interesting conditions, flexible working arrangements as well as the social benefits of a public law company.
