For our client, we are looking for a strategically minded and experienced leadership personality as: Head of Human Resources (80-100%) YOUR TASKS: • Strategic & operative management: As a staff position, you report directly to the CEO. You bear the personnel, organizational, and technical responsibility for the entire HR management of around 1'200 employees (from cleaning staff to medical specialists). • Leadership & development: You lead and inspire a well-established, 13-member HR team, which includes the heads of payroll and the HR Business Partners. • HR strategy & transformation: You further develop the HR strategy in close coordination with the overall strategy and actively drive HR change processes as well as digital transformation projects. • Modern HR management: You ensure efficient, contemporary, and legally compliant HR operations throughout the entire HR life cycle. • Focus topics: The optimization of HR processes, employer branding, leadership and employee development, occupational health management (BGM), as well as HR controlling form important core components of your work. Qualifications • Education: You bring a Master's or university of applied sciences degree with advanced training in the field of Human Resources. • Experience: Several years of leadership experience in a similarly sized organization as well as mandatory industry experience in the Swiss healthcare sector (ideally in an acute care hospital). You have experience with the range of profiles in the hospital environment. • Mindset: You are a decisive, strategically thinking personality who simultaneously brings the necessary operative understanding and experience in change and transformation processes. • Professional competence: Deep knowledge of payroll accounting and social insurance as well as proficiency in handling time tracking and reporting tools distinguish you. • Personality: You possess strong consulting, communication, and integration skills.
