The official groundbreaking ceremony took place on April 8, 2025 - since then, a modern district has been developing on this history-laden site, combining work, living, and leisure. ? A site turned towards the future On the ground floor, vast commercial and gastronomic areas totaling 2,268 m² are coming to life. The heart of the project will be a new biergarten in the inner courtyard, which will soon become a popular meeting place for gentle summer evenings. The ground floor is complemented by 210 m² of offices on the first floor of plot B. Above rise 137 modern apartments for rent, from 1.5 to 4.5 rooms. They will be carefully furnished and will offer modern comfort for singles, couples, and families. Marketing will begin in summer 2026. ? Impressive dimensions of our work Behind the visible progress hide enormous technical performances. A few figures illustrate the scale: • Earthing and lightning protection (from July 2024): • More than 1.3 km of copper wire laid • Dowelling and installation (August 2024 - August 2025): • 1,500 formwork protections • 2,200 wall plugs for lamps • 6,500 large flush-mounted boxes • A total of 85 km of conduits laid • Cable pulling (August - December 2025): • Already 70 km of cables pulled - upward trend • Final assembly (January - December 2026): Installation of more than 2,800 T13 sockets These figures are approximate estimates and serve for indicative purposes - without guarantee.
