In this luxury resort, spectacular views, exclusive architecture, and lived hospitality meet. Outlet - Manager ### #### Tasks & Challenges • Overall responsibility for the operational operation of three different outlets • Ensuring and coordinating smooth daily operations • Active leadership, coaching, and further development of up to 40 people • Active collaboration in the outlets • Planning and implementation of short- and long-term departmental goals in relation to quality, turnover, and efficiency • Recruitment, promotion, and retention of qualified employees in close cooperation with HR • Responsibility for budget compliance, forecasts, cost control, as well as inventory processes • Analysis of F&B turnover and derivation of targeted measures to increase performance • Guaranteeing all relevant hygiene, safety, and quality standards • Employee planning and scheduling Qualifications & Competencies • Completed training in the hotel/gastronomy industry or graduation from a hotel management school • Several years of experience in a comparable leadership [role] • Sound knowledge of common POS systems and planning software • Intercultural competence as well as sensitivity in dealing with international guests and teams • Passionate host, service-oriented • Team player, hands-on • Structured working methods, organizational talent • Well-groomed and winning appearance • Languages: German and English, any further language is an advantage   Opportunities & Perspectives You can expect a responsible leadership position in a dynamic, international environment with high visibility.
