Attached to the Customer Service Admin Manager, you will evolve within a team of watchmakers and collaborate closely with the technical teams and Customer Service.
In a context of reorganization and increased workload, this recruitment aims to strengthen watchmaking expertise and overall performance (quality, deadlines, costs). Your main responsibilities will be:
• Analyze the watches received and perform complete technical diagnostics
• Establish, confirm, and adjust diagnostics for quotes according to operational and component needs
• Ensure reliable, consistent, and AP-standard diagnostics
• Intervene occasionally in the workshop (simple to more complex repairs depending on profile and workload)
• Communicate diagnostics clearly and contribute to the customer experience during manufacture visits
• Be a driving force in continuous improvement projects (processes, data, Lean, 5S, component management)
• Effectively use computer tools to search for components, plans, and technical data
Qualifications
• Watchmaking training (CFC or equivalent)
• Confirmed experience (5 years) in watchmaking (Customer Service, production, or diagnostics)
• Excellent mastery of quartz, automatic, and manual movements
• Mastery of complications (at least annual calendar, power reserve, flyback chronograph)
• Ability to intervene as a watchmaker in addition to the role of watchmaker
• Strong ease with computer tools and multi-system environments
• Excellent analytical skills, rigor, and clarity of communication
• Energy, openness, constructive critical spirit, and willingness to evolve practices
Additional information
What we offer:
• Coverage of health insurance (basic and complementary)
• 5 weeks of annual vacation and 2 additional weeks between Christmas and New Year's thanks to the daily accumulation of additional minutes
• A contribution to your sports or cultural activities
• The possibility, depending on the function, of working remotely
