Job description Within the Customer Service, we are looking for a Horloger CS Diagnostic to strengthen an expert team and support its transformation. This position is addressed to an experienced watchmaker, capable of combining technical excellence, diagnostic quality, and openness to customer experience. Attached to the Customer Service Admin Manager, you will evolve within a team of watchmakers and collaborate closely with the technical teams and Customer Service. In a context of reorganization and increased workload, this recruitment aims to strengthen watchmaking expertise and overall performance (quality, deadlines, costs). The objective is to combine technical excellence, diagnostic quality, and contribution to customer experience, while instilling a new dynamic within a historically very experienced team. Your main responsibilities will be: • Analyze the watches received and perform complete technical diagnostics • Establish, confirm, and adjust diagnostics for quotes according to operational and component needs • Ensure reliable, consistent, and AP-standard diagnostics • Intervene occasionally in the workshop (simple to more complex repairs depending on profile and workload) • Communicate diagnostics clearly and contribute to the customer experience during manufacture visits • Be a driving force in continuous improvement projects (processes, data, Lean, 5S, component management) • Effectively use computer tools to search for components, plans, and technical data Qualifications • Watchmaking training (CFC or equivalent) • Confirmed experience (5 years) in watchmaking (Customer Service, production, or diagnostics) • Excellent mastery of quartz, automatic, and manual movements • Mastery of complications (at least annual calendar, power reserve, flyback chronograph) • Ability to intervene as a watchmaker in addition to the role of watchmaker • Strong ease with computer tools and multi-system environments • Excellent analytical skills, rigor, and clarity of communication • Energy, openness, constructive critical spirit, and willingness to evolve practices Additional information What we offer: • Coverage of health insurance (basic and complementary) • 5 weeks of annual vacation and 2 additional weeks between Christmas and New Year's thanks to the daily accumulation of additional minutes • A contribution to your sports or cultural activities • The possibility, depending on the function, of working remotely • A company restaurant • A beneficial LPP Do you want to express your expertise within Audemars Piguet?
