In a context of financial transformation and rapid evolution of the energy market, we are mandated to recruit its future Head of Controlling ## Steer the financial performance of a key player in the energy transition in French-speaking Switzerland ### Morges ### Your responsibilities ### Reporting to the CFO, you take responsibility for the Group's controlling and accompany its evolution in a clear business partnering logic. Leading a team of about ten employees, you develop skills, promote synergies, and strengthen the harmonization of practices. You steer budgeting processes, forecasts, financial planning of investments, as well as reporting intended for the Management, the Group's Board of Directors, and investors. Thanks to the quality of your analyses, performance indicators, and reporting, you provide a high value-added financial vision and actively contribute to the Group's strategic decisions. In a context of transformation, you play a driving role in the evolution of processes, the digitalization of tools, and the dissemination of a financial culture closer to the business operations. You also participate in reflections related to sustainable finance as well as the challenges of the energy transition and provide financial expertise to strategic projects. You will also be called upon to represent the Group on various boards of directors. Your profile ### Holder of a higher education degree in finance, completed by a diploma as a finance and controlling expert or equivalent, you have solid experience in controlling and corporate finance functions within complex, industrial, or regulated environments. A manager recognized for your unifying leadership, you know how to develop talent, establish trust, and accompany change. Your interpersonal intelligence allows you to interact with ease with general management, boards of directors, and multiple stakeholders, to challenge ideas, influence decisions, and simplify complex financial topics. Curious and transformation-oriented, you possess a real appetite for process optimization and the digitalization of the finance function. Knowledge of SAP S/4 as well as Swiss GAAP RPC standards is an asset. In addition to an excellent command of French, you have a good level of English.
