To strengthen our team, we are looking for a/an as soon as possible: Front Office Agent / Receptionist (m/f/d) As a Front Office Agent / Receptionist, you will bring an outstanding level of commitment, a focus on excellent service, and a true passion for creating positive guest experiences to our dynamic Front Office team. Your main tasks: As our Front Office Agent / Receptionist, you will enjoy the lively operations of the lobby and be the first point of contact for our guests You will not only take care of the smooth running of check-in and check-out, but also of reservations, guest inquiries, phone calls, and the processing of payments You will be the superhero of our guests and ensure that all aspects of the guest journey and guest experience are implemented at the highest level. This also includes advising on local attractions, restaurants, and events You radiate patience, empathy, and an inviting personality to convey a pleasant feeling of welcome to our guests As an integral part of the team, you will work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and ensure the smooth running of the Front Office department by coordinating and working closely with other departments What you bring with you: Experience in a similar position is an advantage, but not necessarily required.
