HR Business Partner / HR Generalist (80-100%)

On direct behalf of our client, a renowned industrial and commercial company based in Winterthur (near station location, parking available and partial home office possible), we are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner / HR Generalist (80-100%) # In this versatile, newly created role, you will take over the HR business partner support (HRBP) for your business units at various locations of our client in German-speaking Switzerland (approx. 150 employees). You will work in versatile HR subject areas (consulting, support, personnel planning, recruitment, personnel development, HR controlling, etc.) and will be the competent contact person for your line managers throughout the entire HR lifecycle. You will also be active in the areas of HR projects and change management, and will take on coordination tasks regarding case management. In your activities, you will be supported by friendly HR service and payroll administrators and will report directly to the Head of HR, whose deputy position you may also assume. You can already demonstrate several years of experience in a similar HR function (e.g., HR Manager, HRBP), which you were also able to gain in SMEs, ideally in similar industries (e.g., logistics, industrial, or commercial environments). As a versatile HR Generalist, you bring practical experience in all facets of the HR lifecycle (including recruiting, support, project work). You communicate stylistically confident in German and can also communicate well in English. Further language skills (French) are an advantage. You are proficient in using MS Office applications and also have good HRIS knowledge (ideally Abacus).
