Your tasks: • Support and advice of existing as well as new customers • Recruitment and placement of qualified specialists • Conducting application talks and interviews • Active search and approach of suitable candidates • Building and maintaining a customer and candidate network • Support of employees during their assignments • Creation of candidate profiles • Support with administrative tasks • Participation in the further development of the company Your profile: • Experience in personnel placement, in sales or in a comparable position is an advantage • Joy in dealing with people • Strong communication skills • Independent and structured way of working • Entrepreneurial thinking and initiative • Very good German skills in speaking and writing • Professional appearance and good manners • Driver's license Cat.
