Then you are perfectly suited for us!   For our establishment Tertianum Meeresstern in Kreuzlingen, we are looking for immediately or by agreement a   Registered Nurse HF/FH/DNII 60 -100%   Your tasks • Global care and support of residents in accordance with our care concept and the care process • Taking charge of tasks as a reference person in care • Responsibility and management of the care process of assigned residents, including the assessment of care needs RAI • Electronic documentation of care via CareCoach • Planning and support of medical visits • Taking charge of daily responsibility with coordination of the day team • Conducting case meetings and care reports • Taking charge of tasks as a thematic referent in a specialized field and participation in the group network for quality of care • Availability for night shifts     Your profile • Completed training as a registered nurse HF/FH/DNII or equivalent training recognized by the Swiss Red Cross • Professional experience in long-term care desired • Possibly a professional trainer • RAI/BESA knowledge desired or willingness to undergo these trainings (financially supported) • A warm and humorous attitude • Joy in taking on varied challenges • Good command of German, spoken and written   Why Tertianum?
