Deputy Group Leader Network Construction (all)

Your field of activity • In your deputy leadership role, you take on technical and personnel responsibility for a motivated team of seven employees and strengthen cooperation • From order receipt to completion, you coordinate assignments and ensure timely and qualitatively flawless implementation • At the modern location, you plan personnel, material and tools proactively and work with modern tools • On the construction sites, you maintain an overview and consistently ensure compliance with quality and safety specifications • You regularly perform on-call service and rectify occurring malfunctions • You also contribute your expertise to the guidance and training of our apprentices What you bring with you • You have completed a basic technical education, ideally in the field of network construction • Initial leadership experience as well as enjoyment in supporting and developing employees distinguish you • You bring further training as a leading network technician or are motivated to complete it; training as a practical trainer is an advantage • With your structured and responsible way of working, you maintain an overview even with multiple tasks and use technical aids reliably • You possess driver's licenses of categories B and BE • You communicate confidently and fluently in German We do not wish to receive inquiries from personnel service providers.
