Professional Guardian / Professional Guardianess - Social Worker KES

We are looking for a maternity substitution for 6 months (1.12.2026-31.5.2027). Die Sozialen Dienste Region Laupen (SDRL) is responsible for the association municipalities of Laupen, Neuenegg as well as 5 partner municipalities from the Laupen region. The social service currently employs 30 employees. The Kindes- und Erwachsenenschutzbehörde Mittelland Nord (KESB MN) is responsible to us. Area of responsibility ### • You carry out mandates for children and adults on behalf of the KESB MN. • You undertake investigations of endangering situations on behalf of the KESB MN and submit reports to this authority. • You offer voluntary consultations for children and adults. Requirement profile ### • You possess a university degree in social work, psychology, jurisprudence or comparable training. • You have experience in the field of child and adult protection, preferably as a professional guardianess / professional guardian. • You have a reliable, efficient and independent way of working as well as a confident manner of expression and good IT skills (case management system KliB). • You possess assertiveness and empathy and are characterized by high social competence, team spirit and loyalty. • Difficult and complex problems are a challenge for you, which you meet in a goal- and resource-oriented manner. • Driver's license Cat.
