To strengthen our team in Niederbipp, we are looking for you as soon as possible as Internal sales service administrative employee 100% (m/f/d) Tasks • Sales process: You keep the sales process running - from order processing to delivery and invoicing. You ensure that our customers are delivered punctually and reliably. • Export: International orders do not unsettle you. You handle customs formalities and ensure smooth processing. • Customer service: You view complaints as an opportunity to demonstrate good service. You establish framework agreements and find suitable solutions with our customers. • Organization: You maintain an overview of item and customer data, check transport invoices and prepare lists as well as analyses reliably. • Teamwork: You collaborate closely with different departments and intervene where your support makes a difference. Profile • Training: You have a commercial training or training in retail and you feel comfortable in internal sales service. • Languages: You master German with ease and can communicate in French reliably. Italian? A nice bonus. • IT: MS Office is part of your daily routine. Experience with SAGE, EDI or MIOS is an advantage, but not mandatory. • Working method: You keep control even when several tasks arrive at your desk at the same time.
