YOUR TASKS • Providing information and processing inpatient billing inquiries and queries from patients • Processing all invoice rejections in the inpatient service area • Obtaining information from service providers • Cancellation and rebilling • Monitoring open pending items • Ensuring timely information to patients, insurance companies, clinics and doctors <br /> YOUR PROFILE • Completed commercial training and/or basic medical training • Professional experience in the healthcare or insurance sector • Sound knowledge of inpatient tariffs (SwissDRG, KVG, UVG and VVG) • Good MS Office skills • Networked thinking, social competence and sense of responsibility round off your profile • Very good German skills in speaking and writing, Italian and/or English skills are an advantage <br /> Are you ready to get started in an innovative environment?
