Video Surveillance Operator (M/F)

As a Video Surveillance Operator, you are responsible for: Real-time monitoring: continuously controlling security systems, detecting any anomaly, and reacting quickly to alarms by applying established instructions. Analysis and monitoring of procedures: utilizing images and video tools to confirm alerts, writing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with protocols. Internal coordination: collaborating closely with mobile teams and other Protectas services to ensure an effective intervention. Customer relations and hotlines: ensuring clear and professional communication with customers and partners, providing reactive and reliable follow-up. You would be perfect if: You already have significant experience in security (1 year minimum); You already have experience in video surveillance or in an equivalent field; You are available and flexible (ready to work irregular hours/weekends and public holidays); You are comfortable with modern technology; You are proactive; You benefit from ease of communication with a varied public; You have perfect mastery of the French language, both spoken and written; You master English (B2 minimum).
