Your mission Passionate about industrial vision and technical challenges, you will join our Customer Service team to support our customers in the operation, optimization, and improvement of their vision systems integrated into high-precision automated assembly lines. As a true technical partner, you will intervene both remotely and on-site to diagnose complex issues, propose innovative solutions, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our equipment performance and our customers' satisfaction. Your main activities • Build and maintain privileged contacts with our customers. • Support and assist our customers during technical support of the assembly lines installed at our customers' sites. • Provide improvements to industrial vision systems. • Study the feasibility resulting from requests for quotations. • Intervene at our customers' sites for commissioning, process analysis/improvements (~15-20%). • Training of our customers in-house and on-site. • Configure vision systems, Hardware (optical adjustment) and Software (programming and parameter setting) • Ensure complete documentation of tasks performed • Ensure the execution of these activities in compliance with costs and deadlines.
