IT-System Engineer / Application Responsible ASP.NET Core (MVC) (80-100%)

Your tasks As an IT system engineer, you will support our team in providing and maintaining IT solutions for our customers. Your tasks include configuring, monitoring, and optimizing IT systems as well as performing error diagnostics and corrections. You provide technical support, work on network management, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the IT infrastructure. In addition, you will be responsible for our ASP.NET Core-based application from an operational perspective. You analyze customer requests related to software usage, narrow down problems, and act as an interface to our developers. In doing so, you reproduce errors, record requirements in a structured manner, and pass them on to software development. You can independently carry out minor adjustments, configuration changes, or simple evaluations. You also support testing new versions, accompany releases, and help with quality assurance. The independent development of complex software solutions is not the primary focus. Your profile You have completed an education in computer science, e.g., as an IT specialist EFZ in platform development or application development. You also have several years of experience in system administration of complex server landscapes and hybrid cloud environments and have already gained practical experience in 2nd- and 3rd-level support. Good knowledge of Microsoft environments, virtualization (VMware), and general infrastructure topics is required. In the software area, you have basic knowledge of ASP.NET Core, C# , Angular, or comparable web technologies. What is important is not in-depth development experience, but a good technical understanding to analyze customer requests, narrow down errors, and pass on requirements cleanly to development. Experience with databases (e.g., SQL Server), API interfaces, or web applications is an advantage. Knowledge of Linux or container technologies is welcome but not mandatory. Personally, you are characterized by an analytical and structured way of working. You keep an overview even in complex environments, work independently and service-oriented, and communicate clearly with customers, team members, and developers. Teamwork, initiative, and interest in new technologies round out your profile. You have fluent German and English language skills in word and writing and are able to move safely in the daily exchange with customers, partners, and in the technical environment of both languages.
