During the training period, you will go through various areas such as reception, purchasing, sales, forwarding, accounting and HR. In doing so, you will have the opportunity to get to know numerous areas of responsibility; How do I write a professional email? Communicate via Teams and work with Sharepoint? How do I communicate with international customers on the telephone and advise them competently on questions?. What do debtors and creditors mean, how are they processed and what is triggered by this in the background? What is needed to be able to ship goods all over the world? Which documents do I have to create? Which regulations are there to observe? How do I organize an event so that everything runs smoothly (e.g. for the apprentices and training officers or the Zukunftstag)? and much more! You have successfully completed Sekundarschule (level E or P) or are close to graduation. Good grades in the subjects German, English, French, Mathematics. Good comprehension, enjoyment of organizing. Flair for numbers and languages (mainly German and English). Enjoyment of working on the computer.
