Your tasks: As a central contact person for our specialist retail partners, you ensure that orders, inquiries, and service cases are processed reliably and efficiently. Your varied tasks include: \- Processing and recording customer orders (mainly via e-mail) \- Telephone support for our German- and West Swiss specialist retail partners \- Independent processing of warranty and complaint cases \- Clarifications with our international suppliers in the context of warranty and complaint cases \- Support in the maintenance of our webshop and product data \- Administrative support for purchasing \- General administrative work in internal sales What you bring with you: \- Commercial basic training\- Experience in internal sales or customer service is an advantage \- Very good German skills in speaking and writing \- Good oral French skills \- Good MS-Office skills, especially Excel; experience with ERP systems is an advantage \- Networked way of thinking as well as a structured and independent way of working \- Enjoyment of contact with customers and suppliers \- Team spirit, initiative, and reliability What you can look forward to: As a small, well-coordinated team, we value uncomplicated interaction, mutual support, and short decision-making paths.
