With your training as an installation electrician and your commercial flair, you advise our customers competently and friendly - both on-site and by telephone. You take charge of the complete processing of orders, from the preparation of offers to guaranteeing product availability. You also provide information on prices and delivery times. Your area of responsibility also includes the professional processing of complaints, where you always act with confidence and a solution-oriented approach. Through your reliability and professionalism, you contribute significantly to the satisfaction of our customers.
