Technical Merchant / Sales Representative Field Service

Area of responsibility  Support and consultation of existing customers (conduct customer visits)  Find and advise new customers (conduct customer visits)  Creation of offers  Coordination of sales and projects with the parent company  Support of other team members in their work as far as possible  Order processing – D365FO  Initiate / support marketing campaigns  Create visit and tour planning  Update CRM data  Observe developments in the market  Analyze competition / collect competitive information  Report trends and customer feedback to the headquarters  Record complaints and coordinate solutions  Strategic and tactical tasks in close cooperation with the management
