You plan and implement product optimizations as well as campaigns in close coordination with the CRM Online Casino team. You act as second-level support for complex, player-specific poker inquiries. You are responsible for content maintenance in the poker client as well as the operational setup of tournaments. You coordinate the cooperation with the Eidgenössische Spielbankenkommission (ESBK). You fulfill the duties of care in the areas of social protection and money laundering prevention. You work across departments with the teams Marketing, CRM, IT and Customer Support and are responsible for training and know-how transfer.
