LEITENDE BMA - TEAM LEAD | 80–100 % (a) Polyvalentes Spitallabor Region Biel YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY Technical and personnel leadership of the BMA team with approx. 13 people at the location in Biel Routine analytics in a polyvalent hospital laboratory (own activity approx. 2 days) incl. hematology, clinical chemistry, immunology and transfusion medicine Independent validation of laboratory results and their correct forwarding Responsibility for quality assurance, QMS documentation and device management Team development, succession planning and personnel strategy Interdisciplinary cooperation with the clinical departments in the 24/7 hospital operation WHAT YOU BRING Diploma as Biomedical Analyst HF (BMA) Several years of experience in a medical laboratory Proven leadership experience at the level of team lead or deputy Structured, reliable way of working with high quality standards German as the working language; [ö]sisch [sic] of great advantage Resilience and team orientation WHAT WE OFFER Working hours: 42h/40h already planned Wide range of individual further training Well-structured onboarding with personal support Future-oriented workplace, fully digitized, with a secure and appreciative workplace with a great team Feel like change?
