Strategic target images for Employee Compliance & Legal Advisory! For a strategically relevant project in the field of Legal & Compliance, we are looking for an experienced personality with strong conceptual and analytical skills. The focus is on the development of two integrated, future-proof target images for Employee Compliance and Legal Advisory. The aim is to optimize processes and system landscapes, utilize automation potential, and create concrete foundations for future implementation. For this demanding mandate, we are looking for you as: Senior Business Analyst / Strategy Concept Designer # your AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY In this role, you will develop an integrated target image for Employee Compliance with a focus on preventive risk management, the reduction of employee violations, and the simplification and standardization of processes. You will define requirements for system-supported solutions, examine possibilities for consolidating the existing system landscape, and develop a suitable Target Operating Model (TOM). In parallel, you will develop the target image for Legal Advisory. The focus is on increasing efficiency, transparency, and quality, including through the professionalization of contract management, automation of standard processes, and the conception of a self-service portal for standard legal inquiries. You will validate existing hypotheses, conduct gap analyses, and evaluate suitable third-party solutions. In doing so, you will assess solutions based on defined criteria such as functionality, scalability, and integration capability and develop well-founded recommendations. Furthermore, you will define design principles, analyze organizational and strategic impacts, and develop a concrete implementation roadmap for both areas with milestones, responsibilities, investment sizes, and expected benefits. your PERSONALITY You have proven experience in the independent development of strategic target images, ideally in complex and regulated environments. Your conceptual, methodical, and analytical strength enables you to develop clear target images and actionable roadmaps from diverse information. You bring expertise in Compliance, Legal Advisory, and Governance and understand how to structurally absorb information from subject matter experts, stakeholders, and solution providers and condense it into a tangible result. High independence, a hands-on mentality, as well as experience in leading and coordinating interdisciplinary projects round off your profile. Very good German skills (C1) as well as good English skills (B2) are required. your PERSPECTIVES You will take on a central role in the further development of the L&C area strategy and actively shape two important future topics. You will work closely with Legal & Compliance, Risk, IT, subject matter experts, IT architects, and the program management and report your results to the Legal, Compliance & Tax Steering Board. The mandate starts on October 1, 2026, or earlier and runs until July 30, 2027. The workload is 100% with 174 person-days. The assignment takes place primarily on-site in Zürich.
