As part of the realignment of the HR organization with the two business units "Hospitality" and "Real Estate & Corporate", we are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurially thinking personality as Senior HR Business Partner Real Estate & Corporate - with development prospects (80 - 100%) In this newly created key function, you will take over the responsibility for the HR area of the business unit "Real Estate & Corporate" (around 100 HC). You will act as a sparring partner for managers and management and will actively help shape the development of the business unit. You will combine strategic HR business partnering with operational day-to-day business and drive change management processes forward. In a dynamic environment, you will be responsible for topics such as recruitment, employer branding, leadership, and HR administration & operations, and at the same time accompany transformation projects. Additionally, you will ensure professional HR processes and work with the business unit "Hospitality". You have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable education and training, as well as corresponding professional experience as an HR Business Partner in a dynamic environment. Your pragmatic, implementation-oriented hands-on mentality is combined with strategic thinking. You also convince with analytical skills, social competence, and independent working methods. The workplace is distributed over two to three days a week in Altdorf, one day in Andermatt, and the remaining part in the home office.
