Deputy Teamlead Receiving & Unloading This is what you can expect You will relieve the team leader in the operational day-to-day business and take on their representation as well as technical responsibility for around 15 employees You will work around 80% operationally in goods receipt and ensure efficient unloading, booking in the system (Navision) and storage using a forklift You will coordinate the goods receipt of around 60 trucks and up to 900 pallets per day with your team and ensure a smooth process at the ramps You will take over ramp management and forward-looking deployment and resource planning in day-to-day operations You will plan and coordinate container deliveries taking into account warehouse capacities You will work closely with purchasing, logistics planning, and quality assurance and ensure a good flow of information You will develop your team through coaching on the job, promote teamwork, and create a dynamic environment with continuous improvements This is what you bring You have experience in logistics, ideally with training as a logistics specialist EFZ You have a valid forklift license and work safely with industrial trucks You communicate safely in German (at least B1, ideally B2) in word and writing You like to work operationally and actively contribute to the day-to-day business You take on responsibility and want to develop professionally in the direction of team leadership You are familiar with IT systems such as MS Office (Outlook) and warehouse management systems You work reliably, structured, and have no criminal record entries You work during the day from 07:00 to 17:00 in a well-rehearsed team of around 16 employees in a dynamic logistics environment Are you interested or do you have further questions?
